This privacy notice is provided by Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. (“Chiesi“), under the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter “GDPR“), to inform you about the processing of personal data of the users visiting the website:

Visiting and surfing the website does not generally entail the direct collection of users’ personal data, including, for example, name, surname, or contact details.

Notwithstanding the preceding, the computer systems and software used to operate this website may implicitly collect data elements that may identify the user within the internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but could allow users’ identification through processing and associations with data held by third parties.

These categories of data include the IP address or the domain name of the computers used by the data subjects connecting to the website, the URI (“Uniform Resource Identifier”) address, the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server, and other parameters relating to the operating system and the users’ device.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the website, to ensure its proper functioning, and is stored for a reasonable time in compliance with the applicable legislation.

This data could also be used to assess and investigate the liability in case of cybercrimes against the website.
